Terms of Service

Last updated September 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of Frida and the related services provided by MonyCompany Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Frida you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

1. Who may use Frida

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are using Frida for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” means both you and that organization.

2. Your account

Frida uses Sign in with Apple, and nothing else. There is no password for us to hold and none for you to lose. You are responsible for the Apple ID you sign in with and for what happens under it, including what your agents do. If you think someone else has reached your device or your Apple ID, secure them and tell us.

3. TestFlight and private beta

Frida is currently offered by invitation through TestFlight, and parts of it are early software. Features may change or disappear, availability is not guaranteed, builds expire, and we may grant or withdraw access at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Frida to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or harm anyone. In particular, do not:

5. Your content

What you bring to Frida stays yours, and it stays on your device. We do not host your conversations or the data your agents pull from the tools you connect. Where a part of a request has to reach a model provider for the agent to answer, you grant us a limited license to transmit and process that part for the purpose of running Frida for you, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you bring.

6. Agents and connected services

You choose which tools to connect. Frida can connect to Stripe, Notion, Sentry, Linear, and Granola through each service’s own OAuth flow, which means you authorize the connection with that provider and can revoke it there or in the app at any time.

Agents act on the instructions and permissions you give them, and their output can be wrong. Review what an agent produces before relying on it, and do not give an agent access you would not give a person in the same seat. An agent can read and write in a connected account on your behalf, and an action it takes in one of those services is a real action with real consequences, including moving money where you have granted it that ability. Third-party tools you connect are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them or for what they do with the data you send them.

7. Our intellectual property

Frida, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to us. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, and nothing more.

8. Fees

Frida is free during the private beta. If we introduce paid plans, purchases made in the app are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms, billed in advance, and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where Apple grants a refund. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective at your next billing period.

9. Apple

This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Frida or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government restricted party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Termination

You may stop using Frida at any time by deleting the app, which removes what it holds on your device. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the app. Export anything you want to keep before you go.

11. Disclaimers

Frida is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that agent output will be accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of Frida, your content, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above, and continuing to use Frida after a change means you accept it.
