MonyCompany Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Frida, a personal agent for iPhone. Frida runs on your device, and almost everything it touches stays there. This policy explains the little we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
That is the whole list. Frida has no cookies, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Your conversations with Frida, the tasks it runs, the results it produces, and everything it reads from the tools you connect are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us. The access tokens for your connected accounts are held in the iOS Keychain on your device. We cannot see any of it, and we cannot recover it for you.
The one thing that leaves is described below: when an agent needs a model to answer, the context that request requires is sent to a model provider.
To let you sign in and keep you signed in; to run the agents you ask to run; to answer you when you write to us; to fix crashes and improve the app; to detect abuse; and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
You choose which tools to connect and what an agent may do with them. Frida connects to Stripe, Notion, Sentry, Linear, and Granola through each service’s own OAuth flow, so you authorize the connection with that provider and grant only the scopes you are shown. The resulting tokens are stored on your device and used from your device; they do not pass through our servers.
An agent acts inside the permissions you grant it and can read and write in a connected account on your behalf. You can disconnect an account at any time, in the app or in that provider’s own settings, which revokes that access going forward. Data already brought onto your device stays there until you delete it. What each provider does with the requests your device makes is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
We keep your account record while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the app or meet a legal obligation. Support and access requests are kept until we have finished acting on them. Your conversations and connected-account data are not ours to keep; deleting the app removes them from your device. Write to seungyong@usemony.com and we will delete the account record we hold.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit, tokens and content held in the iOS Keychain and app storage on your device rather than on our servers, and access controls on the little that reaches our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because your data lives on your device, the passcode, Face ID, and backup settings on that device are part of protecting it.
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold, and to stop sending you email. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over how your data is used. Write to seungyong@usemony.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Frida is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.
We operate from the United States, and information that reaches us may be processed there or anywhere our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we apply appropriate safeguards to those transfers.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above, and we will tell you directly if the change is a material one.
